Last week, the various guilds of PermaDAO completed the following work:

Content Guild has completed a total of 56 tasks.
- Submission Group has approved 22 submissions of ecological content articles.
- Translation Group has completed translation tasks for 24 articles.

Notable Events

1. PermaDAO has completed a new upgrade, and the guild achievement system and budget control system have been successfully launched.

PermaDAO, as a whole, needs to consider the comprehensive development of multiple guilds. Guilds with weak links need to strengthen their efforts to attract more contributors. Active guilds need to improve the quality of their output and create better sources of materials for other guilds.

In order to solve the current extreme imbalance in the expenditures of various guilds, with some guilds having a large amount of expenditures and some guilds having too low expenditures, a guild achievement system is hereby established, and each DAO member can add reasonable achievement tags.

Based on the guild achievement system, our budget control system will flexibly regulate the budget incentive distribution of each guild based on the data reflected in each guild's achievement system and the number of achievements achieved or not achieved. Builders can check the achievements of each guild through the official homepage of PermaDAO.

2. Why I chose to join PermaDAO - a hot discussion in a circle of friends

This is a friend who has contributed to PermaDAO for 4 months and shared his experience and income in the circle of friends. According to statistics, this contributor’s maximum monthly income is close to 10,000 yuan. Compared with other flexible employment, this part-time job can not only learn a lot of Web3 knowledge, but also expand his circle of Web3 friends, which is cost-effective far more than most jobs. At the same time, his personal experience of working hard to build in the bear market through "hoarding incentives" instead of speculating in coins or airdrops has also resonated with most practitioners. 3. X-Space activity - a brief discussion of Arweave’s mining mechanism

In the past two weeks, the market has been volatile, with Arweave rising by more than 70%. In addition, Arweave has officially updated the 2.7 mining mechanism. To this end, PermaDAO planned a special program and invited two industry leaders - PermaDAO Ambassador @Allen, and Soulcode from Bitget. The two shared their experiences focusing on Arweave mining, and also expressed their insights into the upgrade and iteration of different versions of Arweave. They also made predictions about future trends and potential hot spots in the Web3 industry. This event aims to help everyone have a clearer understanding of the current market development trend and Arweave’s mining mechanism.

5. PermaDAO will be the official partner community for the first season of the SoSo Value Crypto Researcher Scholarship, promoting the in-depth development of the Arweave ecosystem

PermaDAO becomes the official partner community for the first season of the SoSo Value Crypto Researcher Scholarship! SoSo Value is committed to building a one-stop crypto investment research platform. In this cooperation, PermaDAO will recommend Content Guild @Kyle and @橙子Orange as contestants to deliver high-quality content for the SoSoValue Crypto Investment Research Competition.
